Easter Sunday 2007

We have been awed by the glory of God. The Remicade and new pain medication has transformed Katy’s body. As I read over last weeks’ posts and see the struggle it was for Katy to endure the slightest amount of activity, the fact that she was bouncing around the house getting ready for church caused Paul and me to burst out laughing. She had her Sunday outfit hanging on her door ready to be put on by Saturday afternoon. She is biding her time until the morning dawns. Her heart is filled with joy and she is prepared to go to church after months of not attending. The strength that has returned to Katy is remarkable.

Dan and Julie came to the house Friday night to spend some time here with Katy and Danae. It was a joyful time for all of us. There was so much laughter, and the merriment was in part related to seeing Katy at the table with us, able to join in the fun. Dan and Julie have a sense of humor that we find hilarious, too. Our house has been filled with the joy of the Lord and we will take it with us to church and celebrate the victory won for us at Calvary.

Katy and I will have special Easter postings on our “Musings” sites. Enjoy your Easter, enjoy our Lord!

    Hi Katy, Dawn and Family….
What precious news that we all will see Katy today Lord willing.
I can’t wait to see you all together in Church!

Here is a little something for you all to look at… makes me cry every time I watch it. This is my favorite song of all times.

Let me know how you like that one?

    Happy Resurrection Day

    Love and Blessings
