Be Bold

Dear friends, once again we are asking that you join with us in boldness before the throne of God. Katy is going to the hospital in just a few minutes. The Lord of Hosts goes before us. We are boldly asking for a miracle. We want to see God in all His majesty and Glory. And when we do, we will write about it, because it strengthens our faith and yours. We will have updates through Dan and Julie but it may be tomorrow before we can report anything. We are at peace.

  4. Aunt Lil Says:

Dearest Katy, Dawn and all, We will indeed come boldly before the throne of Grace. I wanted to tell you that I shared with the Senior group here this morning about Katy and your family, the two blogs you wrote about her time with Jesus, some other verses that we have shared about suffering. Everyone was transfixed as I spoke - I know the Lord was in it. Pastor Rex said “That was powerful”. Many people there are going through suffering, several are from my friend Vivian’s Grief share class.
But especially I wanted to tell you that Lucien prayed for Katy afterward. I have mentioned Lucien and Molly Behar before. He is Jewish, born in Cairo, Egypt, and his family believed in Jesus as their Messiah and Savior when he was in his teens. He came to the States and went to college at SPU. He has been a marvelous evangelist in our churches, in various leadership positions. But he and Molly are both these warm, wonderful, tender-hearted people. They just got in from speaking tour last night and leave tomorrow for 3 weeks in Norway where he will be speaking in churches; they were exhausted but still made the effort to come and hear me speak as we are dear friends. Lucien had tears in his eyes several times as I spoke. Pastor Rex asked him to come and pray for you, Katy, and the family, and he prayed such a tender prayer for you. Afterwards, he wanted the address for the blog - so I just gave him my printed copy of the Heavenly times. He wants to use it to encourage others. They will pray for you, I know, and they are folk who have power with the Lord, because they love Him and work so diligently for him. They have just spent 3 years establishing 3 new churches in Belgium.

Vivian and I will have special prayer for you tonight. If Katy is still in the hospital when I come back, I will take care of things and feed the animals etc. Our loving and merciful God is still on that Throne of Grace, and though its far beyond our human understanding, we know that He does all things well. My heart aches for you tonight. May His tender presence guard and guide. Much love, Aunt Lil

Please let Katy know I am praying for her as always. I hope that God will give her strength through the night. God be with you
