Prayer Request

It has been a trying day. The drugs used to help Katy’s cortisol level to rise are not working. For any doctors out there who want to know, her level was one for the past two days. She is needing a special touch from the Lord. He knows her body and how to flip the adrenal glands back on. The minds of man have not been able to do what He can do. Pray that her body will start producing cortisol.

Paul and I left the hospital a short time ago, and we are needing the rest of being at home. Thank you for your prayers.

  1. Karen Tillman Says:

    Hey Dawn,
I pray the docs can get her back on track. Steroids are such a bummer, and can often lead to the strangest of complications. I know you are all hanging in there, and we are hoping Katy is well and back home again soon.
    Love always
    Karen Tillman

  2. Jennifer S. :-) Says:

    Dear Campbell family,
We are praying for Katy’s swift recovery and return back home. I can only imagine the discouragement that can come with another hospital stay, but cling to Jesus–He has Katy resting in the palm of His hand. May His grace be sufficient each and every day.
    Love and prayers,
    Jen :-)

  3. Patricia Says:

Rest and peace … and celebrate Qavah’s 4th birthday … and know that Katy is HIS, as are all of you.
May The Great Physician grant HIS perfect wisdom to her doctors.
    Ib & Patricia

  4. Jim & Lynda Says:

    Dear Campbells,

We join you in prayer for Katy’s improvement and inspiration for the doctors, that their efforts may soon bear fruit. We thank Jesus that He has you in the center of His hand, where nothing can harm you. May He strengthen Katy and you and provide blessed relief.

    Jim & Lynda

  5. Doris Harriff Says:

Paul and Dawn, my prayers are with you as well as with Katy. May God grant healing to her body and rest to yours.

    God bless!
    Aunt Doris

  6. Joan Colwell Says:

We lift Katy and your precious family up to the Lord often in prayer here at the Center. I want you to imagine Tom, Brooke, Susie, Nancy, Lorna, Fairlight, and myself asking for peace, rest, no pain, no worries, and on and on the list goes out to your family!!!! We care about you so much it is hard to know how to express it sometimes!!! But don’t ever think you are not on our minds constantly. Just like God’s love is constant for your family. I encourage you to hold on to what you know is true about who God is. His character, His nature, His love, His perfect will, and on and on that list goes!!! Your family is a treasure to anyone who knows you.

May His Grace and Mercy surround you this day.

  7. Linda Kochendarfer Says:

Rich and I are leaving for Florida on Friday but we want you to know that you, Paul, Paul Burton and Katy will be in our prayers even as we travel. We’ll do our best to keep abreast of things through the blog.
    Rich and Linda K.
